Lamberts® Biome Balance Travel is a dairy-free probiotic supplement containing 4 billion bacteria per capsule (at the time of manufacture). The combination of probiotics in Biome Balance Travel is unique and includes Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii.

More than 15 clinical studies have been conducted with this particular combination.

The bacteria contained in Biome Balance Travel are dried at high temperatures and enclosed in enteric-coated delayed-release capsules (Delayed Release Capsule).

These capsules are made from an acid-resistant enteric-coated polysaccharide matrix which ensures the maintenance of bacterial viability during their passage through the stomach and successful colonization of the intestine.

Biome Balance Travel is recommended in situations where the balance between friendly and pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal microbiome is disturbed. Of these situations, the combination of friendly bacteria in Biome Balance Travel has been extensively studied in situations where the disturbance of the microbiome is due to a change in dietary habits (such as traveling abroad). It can also be used by people taking antibiotics and by people who often experience flatulence (bloating).

Ingredients: Friendly Bacteria Culture (yields Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus Acidophillus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii), Capsule Shell (Hypromellose & Gellan Gum), Anti-Caking Agent (Stearic Acid).

Use
Adults take 2 capsules daily or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take with a glass of water, preferably in the morning after waking up, when the stomach pH is less acidic. Do not take with hot beverages, as heat kills bacteria. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Dietary supplements do not replace a balanced diet.
