Lamberts Silica Complete 60tab (Silicon Food Supplement For Skin - Nails - Hair)

Silica Complete is a specially designed formula by Lamberts ' scientific department for skin, nail and hair health, as it contains all those micronutrients that have been proven to contribute to the health of the skin and its structures (hair and nails).

Specifically it contains:

Zinc: Zinc contributes to maintaining healthy hair and nails

Biotin: Biotin contributes to maintaining healthy skin.

Vitamin C: Vitamin C contributes to the normal synthesis of collagen. Collagen is the main and most important protein of human skin and at the same time the most important protein of the human body.

Specifically, it is the protein that forms the connective tissue in tissues such as skin, hair, nails, ligaments, articular cartilage, muscles and capillaries. Each hair follicle of the scalp is surrounded by a collagen sheath with capillaries, through which the necessary micronutrients contribute to the nutrition and growth of the hair.

In addition, it has been added MSM (Methylsulfomethane), a naturally occurring ingredient containing sulfur, as it is a vital micronutrient for the production of connective tissue proteins and the production of keratin in nails and hair.

Finally, it contains a high amount silicon, which is one of the main trace elements for the structure and integrity of the connective tissue. More specifically, activating skin fibroblasts increases the synthesis of collagen and elastin, improving the resilience and elasticity of the connective tissue.

The silicon LAMBERTS, is of natural origin as it comes from vegetable silicon (Bamboo gum). Plant silica is the richest (providing 75% organic silicon) and bioavailable form of silicon in the world and the form in which the majority of published clinical studies have been conducted.

Glycine and Sleep: What It Is and How It Can Support Evening Relaxation

Summer may be over, but the skin often continues to "carry" its scars: sun, salt, chlorine, high temperatures and more frequent exposure to external factors can leave it drier, duller or more sensitive.

As autumn approaches, temperatures change, humidity drops, and daily routines return to a more consistent pace. This is a good time to adjust your skincare routine, not with a lot of changes at once, but with small, correct steps.

Your fall routine doesn't have to be complicated. It needs more emphasis on hydration, strengthening the skin barrier, and gradually reintroducing active ingredients, like retinol or exfoliating acids, if you limited them in the summer.

Why Do We Wake Up Every Night at 3 AM? What Happens in Our Sleep

You open your eyes, look at the clock, and it's again around 3 a.m. If this happens to you often, it's natural to wonder if there's a specific reason.

In most cases, the answer lies not in the “magic” hour of 3 a.m., but in the way sleep works throughout the night. Sleep is not the same from start to finish. It goes through cycles, alternating between deeper and lighter stages.

As morning approaches, deep sleep decreases, REM periods become longer, and brief awakenings become more likely. For many people, this may coincide with the early morning hours, such as 3 or 4 a.m.

Spots and Discolorations after Summer: How to Treat Them

Spots and Discolorations after Summer: How to Treat Them

After summer, many people notice that their skin has more pronounced spots, discolorations or dark marks. Sun exposure, acne, micro-irritations or hormonal factors can make hyperpigmentation more visible, especially on the face, cheekbones, forehead, upper lip, hands and décolleté.

The important thing to remember is that blemishes don't disappear overnight. They require a consistent routine, the right ingredients, daily sun protection, and, in some cases, a dermatological evaluation.

Let's look at the main types of discoloration, what ingredients are often used in brightening and even-toned products, and when you should seek the advice of a specialist.
